The oche is made from 25mm quality MDF and hand finished in a chip resistant extremely tough 2 part epoxy stipple finish black resin paint. The main hinges are steel with ball bearings and a high gloss chrome finish. When stored upright and out of the way, the oche is padlocked under a top shelf which is secured to the wall with new white low visibility brackets with a 30KG load bearing capacity. The whole thing weighs about 35KG so it is very tough and durable and even when severly kicked, does not move left or right.
